What is Grazer?
Grazer is a dating and friend-finding app for vegans, vegetarians and plant-based people. Everyone on Grazer already shares your values, whether you're looking for a relationship or like-minded friends.
Who's behind Grazer?
Grazer was founded by Lewis Foster, a long-term vegan, and is backed by mission-aligned investors. What drives our vegan-led team is simple: building the solution our community deserves, made by the community, for the community.
Can I use Grazer for friends as well as dates?
Yes. In your search preferences, choose Dates when you're looking for romance or Friends when you're looking for a platonic connection. You can switch between the two whenever you want.
Likes and matches
How do matches work?
You like something specific on someone's profile: a photo, one of their Starter answers, or a badge. If they like you back, that's a match, and you can start chatting.
Why can't I send a like yet?
To send a like, your profile needs at least four photos and two Starter answers. It keeps Grazer a more considered community and gives people something real to connect over.
Finding people
How do I change who I see?
In your app preferences you can change the age range and distance of the people you see, and switch between Dates and Friends whenever you like. You can also widen your search to countrywide or global. With Grazer Premium you can filter by diet too, so you see just vegans, just vegetarians, or plant-based people.
What if I've seen everyone nearby?
Update your preferences, switch modes, or widen your search to countrywide or global. New people join Grazer every day, so it's worth checking back.
Free, Premium and Charms
Can I use Grazer for free?
Yes, the whole app. You can match and chat with people without paying anything, and you don't need Grazer Premium to connect. Free members have a like limit and don't get advanced search filters, but everything else is yours.
What is the Daily Like?
Every day, Grazer shows free members one person who has already liked you. You get a notification and can find them on your Likes page, so every day you have a chance to match. Grazer Premium members don't get a Daily Like because they can already see everyone who's liked them.
What is Grazer Premium?
Grazer Premium gives you unlimited likes, shows you everyone who's liked you, lets you filter your search by diet, and includes two free Charms every week.
What is a Charm?
A Charm is a way to make your like stand out. Instead of a normal like you send a Charm: it's seen first, the other person is notified as soon as you send it, and you can add a message to break the ice.
How do I get Charms?
You can buy Charms at any time, whether you're on the free plan or Grazer Premium, and any Charms you buy stay on your account until you use them. Grazer Premium also includes two free Charms a week. The free weekly Charms top up to two rather than stacking, but any Charms you've bought are always yours on top.
Safety and trust
How do I report or block someone?
Tap the three dots at the top of someone's profile, either from the Discovery page or from their profile after you've matched, and choose Report or Block. Both stop that person from being able to connect with you on Grazer.
What do I do if I think a profile is fake?
Report it. Every report is reviewed by our team, and we use automated detection and moderation to find and remove fake or abusive accounts. Grazer's profile minimums, four photos and two Starter answers, also make low-effort fake profiles harder to create. If something feels off, trust your instinct and report it. It helps keep the whole community safe.

Account
How do I delete my account?
Go to Account settings and choose Delete account. This is permanent and can't be undone, so you'll lose access to your matches and messages.
Where can I download Grazer?
Grazer is free on iOS and Android. Get it from the Apple App Store or Google Play.
